Position Overview
Puddle Pool Services is looking for a strong people leader to run day-to-day operations and lead
a growing team. This role is about leadership, accountability, and execution — not
micromanaging or doing everything yourself.
Pool experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technicians and support staff
- Set expectations and hold the team accountable
- Oversee daily operations and service quality
- Support hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure a great customer experience
- Work closely with ownership to hit business goals
Experience & Requirements
- 3+ years in a leadership, management, or team lead role in the pool industry
- Experience managing people in operations, field services, or similar environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
