What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls — booking, rescheduling, follow-ups, the works
- Manage scheduling and route coordination for our field techs
- Keep customer records and service notes clean and up to date
- Be the friendly, calm voice customers hear when something needs sorting out
- Support the team with whatever admin fires need putting out that day
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills — phone, email, in-person, all of it
- Comfort with scheduling software and general office tools
- The ability to multitask without dropping the ball
- A calm, solutions-first attitude under pressure
- Experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
